Is It Spring Yet???

After the longest winter in history the snow has finally melted!!! Wahoo!!! The kids and Josh have been having fun riding the 4-wheeler. He has to take them at the same time or else Monster--well...acts like a Monster!

I finally got to use my jogging stroller/bike trailer. After spending 4-5 mornings a week for the last 9 months on my treadmill it was really nice to get some exercise outside. Just looking at the treadmill makes me want to vomit. The kids were very angellic on the walk! They talked and sang with eachother. They also thought they needed to yell, "COW!" everytime they saw one. This was cute for about the first 500 cows we passed. I might have to find a walking route with less cows---hmmm....I'm not sure that is possible!
The fun in the sun didn't last too long though!!! It rained for the better part of the week and we even got snow on Friday. While the kids and I were cooped up in the house we worked on some mother's day presents for Lori. Her kids had been asking me for weeks to help them make her a pillowcase! Those of you that know how craft-tarded I am know that even a simple pillowcase was a challenge!!!
I realize that I have one of the most boring blogs ever!!! I'm still waiting for something AWESOME to blog about. So stay tuned...

Life Is Just So Daily!

So you know how some days just start out bad??? Today was one of those days. The kids were whining and crying and pooping. I was pregnant, hormonal and grumpy. Then for some reason I decided to take 3 kids (2 that desperately needed a nap) to the fabric store. Not a good idea! Anyhow...I got home and decided that I had had enough of the rotten day so....

I indulged in a little bit of sinfully delicious chocolate!!!!! I need to keep these in my cupboard ALWAYS!!! If you haven't tried the Caramel Dove Promises you are REALLY missing out!

The chocolate was good but I needed something more! So I put in my Les Mes CD. Now if this doesn't leave a person feeling good there is only one thing left....

A phone call from my frister Lori!!! Sometimes you just need to talk--even if its about NOTHING!!! Oh--and thanks to Josh for reading a book to the kids while I was on the phone

Since my day was going better I decided to help Josh out with the project he is having his 5th grade students make their moms for Mother's Day. These super cute fabric covered wood disc magnets turned out way better than I thought they would!!! They were inspired by the magnets that Molly gave me for my birthday! The ones I made are on the top and Molly made the ones on the bottom!!!
